A new 6 storey 11,000 sq ft project.
We are happy to announce that we have commenced a 6-storey project in the prestigious area of Chancery Lane. The elegant red-bricked building will soon be transformed into modern, “plug and play” serviced offices.
On our drawings we have maximized the floor space usage with plenty of ergonomic solutions to help increase our Client’s business revenue and encourage a timely return on their investments. The offices will be authentic and inspiring and the Scandinavian design elements that are incorporated into our scheme can tolerate diversity generously and ensure the leases are appealing to a wide range of different corporate tenants without clashing with their own business identities.
The open office areas are sleek and bright, meeting rooms and executive offices are outlined by glazed partitions which keep the light and space flow without comprising on the need of privacy and assignments that require concentration.
The ingrained texture of the organic materials adds subtle softness to the high-tech kitchen equipment and add a luxurious touch and elegance to the communal areas. A soft pastel colour scheme is used for furniture to supplement minimum outlines and shapes with warmth and fun!
