The ideal starting point is to meet at your new office space. After an initial scoping session with you onsite we will undertake a full site survey and assess the key characteristics of the building that will affect the design process.



Once the initial site survey is complete and client brief finalised our design team will get to work and explore the various options available within the new office space.



Back in our office, the design planning stage we bring together the client’s requirements and explore how we can make the most of the space. We will host meetings with the client so they are happy with the final layouts.


3D Cad Design

After a few detailed design meetings we will organise a pitch date with our client which will include a final layout complete with all design elements, CAD drawings, a breakdown of individual item costs, and a detailed project plan with relevant timescales.


Final Design Agreement

When all the costs and design details have been agreed, a contract is issued and we can begin organising our construction team to go on site. A project manager will be assigned and will take care of all building control measures, Health & Safety documentation and other information for our construction team. Throughout the whole process we take care of everything from handling deliveries to speaking with the construction team to final handover. Our main aim is to minimise stress and disruption for our clients, and let them enjoy the finished workplace!
