Company Introduction

HomeWork is a fully serviced work space with all the facilities you would expect from an office but with all the comfort and flexibility you want when ‘working from home’.  The high street location makes it local and convenient and they also sell some of the finest speciality coffee and tea London has to offer.  From the likes of Origin Coffee, Kiss the Hippo and Teasup, they guarantee you’ll be able to find a tasty brew carefully crafted by some seriously talented baristas!


Design Concepts

HomeWork tasked Superior Interiors with creating a work space that was practical, modern, cool and vibrant but really emphasised the homely feel you would get from working from ‘home’.  HomeWork wanted their space to feel different and more personal than the big co-working sites in central locations, and to cater better for individuals and small teams.

Many elements were used in the design to balance a raw industrial scaffolding structures to mount lighting, with pieces of warm and comfy furniture.  Upon entering the property you are immediately greeted by a bespoke Coffee Counter covered in a vibrant ‘Portuguese Azulejo‘ style tiles. 

The remainder of the Workspace combines traditional work stations with comfortable seating areas to enjoy the crafted coffee over an informal meeting. All areas are surrounded by stunning lighting to evoke a calm, homey feeling, but also is practical to work in.  BrickSlips were used in the entry way to give texture and interest to an otherwise flat wall, which also gives the raw and edgy feeling the client wanted.
